Grandmother of Wally, Stacie, Joseph, Michael, Matthew, Ann Marie, Jeffery, Derrick, Megan, Joshua, Zachary and Wyatt. Great grandmother of six.
Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Wednesday at 8 am. Funeral Mass in St. Patrick Church at 9 am. Burial in Melrose Cemetery. Obituary
Mrs. Coleman died Saturday morning at her home following a lengthy illness. She was born in Brockton daughter of the late Thomas B. and Annie J. (McGovern) Daly and remained a lifelong resident of the city. She was a graduate of St. Patrick High School Class of 1940 and was also a graduate of the former Brockton Business College.
Before her marriage Mrs. Coleman had been a secretary at George Knight & Company, Mullen Brothers and the Ward Machine Company in Brockton. She chose to be a homemaker with the birth of her children. She was most happy spending time with her children and grandchildren.
Mrs. Coleman was a member of the prayer group at the Chapel of Our Savior at Westgate for many years.She was a longtime communicant of St. Patrick Church
In addition to her husband of 53 years she is survived by 6 daughters, 12 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren.Services as above
