Jewell Christine Reeves Proctor, 62, Clarksville, died Friday, Jan. 30, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 11am Tuesday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Chaplain Bob Mitchell officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4pm until 6pm Monday and from 10am until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born Oct. 3, 1946, in Montgomery County, the daughter of William Harry Reeves and R.E. Winters Reeves.She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband Bailey Gene Proctor and one grandchild Mark Huff. She was the co-owner of Bailey's Madison Street Gulf. She was a former member of Cumberland Drive Baptist Church and a member of the Eastern Star. She is survived by one son Michael Edward Proctor, one daughter Gina Gail Proctor Huff, one brother Billy Reeves, six grandchildren Laci, Joseph, Leslie Donavan, Michaela and Belle and three great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Donald Huff, Billy Huff, Preston Reeves, Jason Hutchins, Gary Tallman, Sidney Hearld, Phillip Epps.
