Lenora (Macedo) Medeiros, age 85 of Fall River & previously of Tiverton. Passed away Jan. 27, 2009. Widow of Frank V. Medeiros and daughter of the late Joseph Paiva Macedo and Mary Esabel (Azeredo) Paiva Macedo. She was a member of the First Baptist Church, the Happy Wanderers and was a retired seamstress and bottom hemmer at Stella Ann Frocks.
She is survived by 1 daughter: Patricia M. Bigos of Tiverton; 1 granddaughter: Barbara Brinkman; 2 great grandchildren: Melysa and Alex De Santis and several nieces & nephews and cousins. She was the sister of the late Joseph Macedo.
Her funeral service will take place in the MANUEL ROGERS & SONS FUNERAL HOME, 1521 N. Main St. Monday with calling hours from 9 A.M. to a 10 A.M. service in the funeral home. Interment in Oak Grove Cemetery. Calling hours Sunday 4-8 P.M. Flowers are welcome or donations may be made to the Fall River Jewish Home.
