
Helen D. (Hadfield) Pendergast, 82, of Salem, NH died Tues. Jan. 28th at Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, MA. She had lived in St. Petersburg, FL for 20 years.
Helen was educated in Methuen, MA and graduated from the Edward F. Searles High School. She later graduated from the Merrimack Business School.
Helen enjoyed life and people. She was the happiest when she was busy and planning an event to make other people happy. When she retired and moved to Florida, many years ago, she became very active at Robert’s Mobile Home Park. She ran Bingo on Wednesdays and Fridays, she hosted many holiday parties at her home, she organized trips often arranging rides and made thousands of tickets and signs for events held at the park.
Helen will always be loved, remembered and missed by her family and many friends.
She was predeceased by her husband Henry “Harry” Pendergast and her brother James Hadfield.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH.
