Dolores C. (L'Ecuyer) Santacroce, 70, A longtime resident of Lawrence, MA. passed away surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday, Jan. 27th, 2009 at the Caritas Holy Family Hospital (Bon Secour Hospital) in Methuen, Massachusetts
She was born July 12, 1938 in Lowell, Massachusetts, to Hector and Agnes (Rivet) L'Ecuyer. She was educated at St. Jean D'Arc Grammar School and she was a graduate of St. Louis Academy Class of 1956 in Lowell, Massachusetts. She worked for the Internal Revenue Service in Lawrence and then later in Andover, MA. for 25 years. She also worked in Medical Records at the Bon Secour Hospital in Methuen, MA. According to her family she loved and adored her grand children and loved to spend time with her loving family.
She leaves her loving husband of 50 years: William R. Santacroce and her three children two sons: William R. Santacroce Jr., Ronald G. and his wife Christine Santacroce and one daughter: Donna and her husband Gregg Henderson all of Lawrence, MA. her grand children Tyler Santacroce, Ashley Santacroce, Zachary Henderson, Zoe Henderson and Isabel Henderson all of Lawrence, MA. Also a sister-in-law Agnes L'Ecuyer as well as several nieces and nephews and her friend for over 50 years: Pauline Vachon.
A funeral mass will be celebrated on Saturday, January 31, 2009 at 9:00AM in St. Francis Church in Dracut, MA. A burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery in Lawrence, MA.
