Carol A. (Ordway) Minotti-Monkewicz of Stoneham passed away on Monday, January 26, 2009 at her home. She was 63 years of age.
Born in Medford, Massachusetts, Carol was the daughter of the late Josephine Picariello Ordway and Reed “Page” Ordway. Carol was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend and will be missed by all.
Carol was a member of Stoneham Elks Lodge #2211, American Legion Post #115 in Stoneham and the VFW Post #3692 in Hernando Beach, Florida.
Carol was the Wife of the late Edward Monkewicz. Former wife of Albert Minotti, Jr. of FL. Loving Companion of Robert Sinclair of Stoneham. She was the devoted mother of Albert Minotti, III and his wife Sandra, Jon Minotti and his wife Michele, all of Stoneham, Michael Minotti and his wife Kathy of FL, Ross Minotti, Tammy Tine and her husband Michael, Keri Sinclair and her fiance Al, Rob Sinclair and his wife Erin, all of Stoneham. She was the Cherished grandmother of Rachel, Paige, Jamie, Jon and Jessica Minotti, Anthony Mazza, Courtney, Carleigh and Connor Sinclair, Michael, Joshua and Jonathan Tine. Carol was the Dear sister of Eleanor Fedele and her Companion Tom Bryant of North Reading. She was the Loving aunt of Joanne Kerr of Stow and Paul Fedele of NH.
Funeral from the Barile Family Funeral Home, 482 Main St. (RT 28) STONEHAM Saturday at 9:30 am followed by a Funeral Mass celebrating Carol’s life in St. Patrick Church, 71 Central St. Stoneham at 10:30 am. Visiting hours Friday 4-8 pm. Interment Puritan Lawn Cemetery, Peabody.
