Clemons, Charles Lanuil, 77, passed away Monday, January 26, 2009 at Sts. Mary and Elizabeth Hospital.
He was retired from Brown and Williamson and was a member of Incarnation Catholic Church.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Nell Marie (Higdon) Clemons and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife Joyce (Downs) Clemons; children, Bonita Floyd, Pam Peters, Sandy Madaffer; step-son, Michael Pruitt; step-daughter, Lisa Martin; 13 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one sister; five brothers and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
His service will be 10am Friday at Incarnation Catholic Church, 2229 Lower Hunters Trace with entombment in Evergreen Mausoleum.
Visitation will be Thursday 11-8 at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway.
Expressions of sympathy can be made in lieu of flowers to the American Cancer Society and the WHAS Crusade for Children.
