Jerry Tony Seagraves, 62, of Ladson, husband of Angelea Hall Seagraves died Friday, January 23, 2009 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, January 25, 2009 at 4 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Oakbrook Chapel, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville. Entombment will follow in Dorchester Memory Gardens, 11000 Dorchester Road, Summerville. Friends may call at the Oakbrook Chapel from 3 o’clock until the hour of service.

Tony was born June 6, 1946 in Charleston, son of the late Clyde and Margaret Roumillat Seagraves. He was predeceased by his brother: Ricky Seagraves, Sr . He was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving in the Vietnam War. He worked as a police officer while he lived in Tennessee. He was employed by Frustration Solvers where he assembled equipment for Home Depot and Lowes. He enjoyed countless hours in his shop at home.
Surviving in addition to his wife are:
3 sons: Daniel Kohl and and his wife Maricar, Michael Seagraves and his wife Amanda and Christopher Seagraves all of Ladson.
3 daughters: Wendy Beecham and her husband Chad of Henderson, TN, Sarah Kohl of Charleston and Jennifer Kohl of Murrels Inlet.
1 granddaughter: Marina Seagraves of Summerville
3 brothers and 2 sisters: Clyde Seagraves and his wife Barbara Ann of Moncks Corner, Donald Seagraves and his wife Yvonne of Goose Creek, Ronnie Seagraves and his wife Nancy of Hixon, TN, Phyllis Scarbough and her husband Harry of Moncks Corner and Cindy McDaniels and her husband Clint of Ladson.
