Obituary

WORCESTER – Mr. Michael Pace Sr., 78, passed away unexpectedly
Monday January 19th at his home.

He is survived by his loving wife of fifty-five years, Mrs. Rosemary(Revelli) Pace of Worcester, three sons, Michael Pace Jr. and his partner Patricia Fulmer of Worcester, Chuck Pace and his wife Robin of Worcester, Jimmy Pace and his wife Patty of Auburn; a daughter, Mary Heath and her husband Lenny of Worcester; four sisters, Rose Voutas, Nina Crossman, Elvira Benoit all of Worcester, Lucia Shulten and her husband Richard of Dennisport, MA.; eight grandchildren, Michael, Rachael, Dan, Chris, Katie, and Alex Pace, Maria and Nina Vecchio; a mother in law, Mrs. Mary Revelli of Worcester; also many nieces and nephews.

Mike was born November 8, 1930 in Worcester, Massachusetts a son of the late Michael and Anna(Granata) Pace.

A lifelong resident, he attended Worcester Public schools, and was a graduate of North High School. Mike joined the Army and served his country during the Korean Conflict.

Upon his return, he received his associate degree from Worcester Junior College.

He worked in the local construction industry for many years and most recently was employed with the City of Worcester as a Building Inspector up until his retirement.

A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday January 22nd at Our Lady of Loreto Church at 11am. THERE WILL BE NO CALLING HOURS. A private burial will take place. IN LIEU OF FLOWERS, those wishing may donate in Mike’s memory to the St Jude Children’s Research Fund, 501 St Jude Place, Memphis, TN. 38105.
