Frederick J. DiBerto

Frederick J. DiBerto, 58, died Friday, January 16, 2009 at Lowell General Hospital, after a long illness. He was born August 8, 1950 in Lowell, raised in Billerica and Chelmsford, the son of the late John and Zelma (Farnan) DiBerto.
He was an avid sports fan of all types of sports. He also enjoyed all kinds of music.
He is survived by three brothers and sisters-in-law; Robert and Ann (Turner) DiBerto of Tewksbury, George and Patricia (Griffin) DiBerto of Dunstable, John and Angela (Daoust) DiBerto of Belmont, NH, two sisters and a brother-in-law; Lorraine DiBerto of Chelmsford, and Rose and Tom Gottfredsen of Woburn, and several nieces and nephews. At the families request, funeral arrangements are private. In lieu of flowers, donations to the American Diabetes Association, Boston Office, 330 Congress Street, 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02210, will be appreciated.
