Hurley, Ruth F. (Farrell) of Wollaston, January 17, 2009. The beloved wife of 53 years to Francis A. "Frank" Hurley. Loving mother of Brian F. Hurley and his wife Judy Peterson - Hurley of Norwell and Gerald Hurley of Wollaston.Sister of Paul Farrell of Marshfield, William Farrell of Ft. Myers, FL., Ann Reale of Quincy and the late Mary McDonough, Helen McQuaide and Elizabeth Farrell. Cherished grandmother of Elizabeth and Liam Hurley and Leah Peterson. Sister in law of William Hurley of Braintree, Helen Forbes of Easton, James Hurley of Pembroke, Gerald Hurley of Concord and John Hurley of Norwell. Ruth is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Ruth grew up in Dorchester and graduated from Dorchester High School for Girls. She married Frank and moved to Quincy in 1960 to raise her family.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the Life Celebration Service in Keohane Funeral Home, 785 Hancock St., QUINCY, Wednesday at 9:15 AM. Funeral Mass in Saint Mary's Church, Quincy at 10 AM.
Visiting hours Tuesday 4- 7 PM.
Burial in Saint Mary's Cemetery, Quincy.
