Angelina (Oricchio) Centorino, of Medford, died Friday at the Lahey Clinic Medical Center. She was 91.
Born and raised in East Boston she was the daughter of the late Enrico and Pasqualina (Pignataro) Oricchio. Angelina was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and lived to a great-great-granddaughter.
She was the beloved wife of the late Dominic Centorino who died in 1976. She was a devoted mother to Danny Centorino and his wife Helen of Waltham, Patricia Bianco and her husband Joseph of Bedford, Carol DeDeo-Cloutier and her husband Laval of Nevada, Henry Centorino and his wife Camille of Melrose. She is lovingly survived by eight grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. She was the dear sister of Gina Cali of Winthrop, Geraldine “Chickie” Caputo of Fla, the late Matilda Pascucci, Rose Fulchino, Henrietta Flamini, Nicholas, Michael and Dominic Oricchio.
Her funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Tuesday January 13th at 8AM followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Raphael Church, 512 High Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Monday 4 - 8. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
