Patricia Ann Lambert, 47, Clarksville, died Friday, Jan, 9, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center.
A memorial service will be held at 9 AM Tuesday at NEAL-TARPLEY CHAPEL.
Visitation will be from 8 AM until the hour of service Tuesday at the funeral home at the funeral home.
The remains are to be cremated.
