John A. Grenier, age 46, of Dania, FL, formerly of Dracut, died unexpectedly on Sunday, Dec. 21, 2008 at Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
He was born in Lowell on Dec. 24, 1961, the son of Marie B. (Tremblay) Grenier of Dracut and the late Albert E. Grenier. John attended Lowell Trade School and served in the United States Navy. He was builder and contractor in the Dania, Florida area.
He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.
Besides his mother, he is survived by two sons, Jeffrey J. and Justin J. Grenier, both of Dania; a brother and sister-in-law, Peter E. and Kerry Grenier of Cocoa Beach, FL; three sisters and a brother-in-law, Michelle M. Bouchard of Londonderry, NH, Cynthia M. Fulmer of Hudson, NH and Jennifer M. and Michael E. Rindo of Dracut; also several nieces and nephews, Keith Bouchard, Tyler Janeczko, Cody Fulmer, Payton and Grayson Grenier, Daisy and Macy Rindo and one great nephew, Kolby Bouchard. Also many aunts, uncles, cousins as well as his godmother, Madeline Sword. He was the godson of the late Lester Sword.
Funeral Services were held privately on Friday, Jan. 2 at the Chapel of St. Joseph Cemetery in Chelmsford.
