Minnie Rockwood (Troppauer) of Revere and Winthrop died on December 28, 2008 at the Whidden Hospital. She was 93 years old. Minnie was the beloved wife of the late Maurice Rockwood.
Minnie was born in Poland and educated through the Philadelphia schools. She was a retired office administrator for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Minnie was the devoted mother of Robert Rockwood, Irene Michelson, and Francine Margolius and her husband Harry. She was the dear sister of the late Sylvia Sharf. Minnie was also survived by six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Services at the Torf Funeral Chapel, 151 Washington Ave., (Cary Sq.) Chelsea on Tuesday, December 30 at 12:00 noon. Interment in Everett. Memorial observance at the home of Irene Michelson on Tuesday only following the interment.
