MONTGOMEY, ROLAND L. "ROLLIN' HARD," 34, of Louisville, passed away Friday, December 26, 2008 at his home, after a three year courageous battle with colon cancer with his loving wife, family and friends by his side.
He was a professional wrestler for 12 years.
The family would like to thank Dr. Kapur and Dr. Raghavan and the staff of Sts. Mary & Elizabeth Hospital for all of their love and care. Roland will greatly miss his nurses and aides on 3A. You all took great care of him.
Survivors include his wife of 12 years, Angela Saylor Montgomery; his children, Autumn Marie and Justus Tyler Montgomery; his parents, Leonard and Linda Montgomery; his parents-in-law, Bill and Debbie Cowsert and Jackie and Sharon Saylor; and lots of other family and friends.
Funeral service will be noon Tuesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Highway, with entombment to follow.
Visitation will be 10 a.m.-9 p.m. Sunday and Monday.
