Brookfield
Marjorie G. (Williams) Coonan 76, of 1 Mavrick Dr. Ext. died Thursday (May 8) at her daughter’s home in Shrewsbury, after an illness.
Her husband of 25 years, Paul A. Coonan died in 2002. She leaves three sons, Michael J. Coonan of Connecticut, Brian J. Coonan of Seattle, WA, and Joseph J. Kwiatkowski of Brookfield; two daughters, Marjorie C. Habib and Linda Fegreus both of Shrewsbury; two sisters, Ruth Marcone of Milford and Grace Laskowski of Worcester; 13 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. She was born in Worcester, daughter of John F. and Grace E. (Nowell) Williams.
She was a member of St. Mary’s Church in Brookfield.
A Graveside Service will be held Monday (May 12) at 1:30 p.m. at St. John’s Cemetery 260 Cambridge St. Worcester. There are no calling hours. Fay Brothers Funeral Home 9 Hammond St. (www.faybrothers.com) Worcester, is directing arrangements.
