Worcester – Norbert J. Rioux, of Worcester, formerly of Madison, CT died on December 27, 2008.
He was predeceased by his wife Pauline (Vincent) Rioux and daughter Jeannine Rioux. He leaves his daughters Denise M. Rioux and her husband Barry P. Beletsky of Branford, CT and Michelle J. Brown and her husband Paul of Worcester, MA and a son in law Leo Kavanaugh of Stockbridge, MA and five grandchildren.
He was a veteran of World War II and serves as an Office of Strategic (OSS) Agent in France.
Family and friends are invited to a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Georges’s Church 40 Brattle St. on Monday, December 29th at 10 AM. Burial will follow in Osborne Cemetery, Alford, MA. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in memory of Mr. Rioux to The Jeannine Rioux Memorial Fund in care of the Trustees of Reservations 572 Essex St. Beverly, MA 01915-1530. Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home 12 Hammond St. is directing arrangements.
