Cranford, Theodore Milton
Theodore M. Cranford, 72, spouse of Ellen Mae Cranford, died Wednesday at Ralph H. Johnson V.A. Medical Center in Charleston.
Funeral service will be held Monday, December 29, 2008, at 10 o’clock at James A. Dyal Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Beaufort National Cemetery, 1601 Boundary Street, Beaufort, SC.
Friends may call at James A. Dyal Funeral Home, Summerville, from 5 until 7 o’clock Sunday evening.

Ted was born December 27, 1936 in Chester, SC, son of the late John Milton Cranford and Marjorie Alford Cranford. He was a member of the Masons and helped to establish the E.M.S. system in Charleston. He was a decorated fireman. He was a heavy haul specialist with Superior Transportation. He attended schools in Chester, S.C. and schools in Tennessee.
Surviving including his spouse Mrs. Ellen Mae Cranford are:
3 Sons: Warren T. Cranford (Denise) of Summerville, Raymond Scott Cranford (Lane) of Summerville, and Earl H. Davis of Valdosta, GA.
1 Daughter: Patti Susan Serge (Gerry) of Moncks Corner.
1 Sister: Pat Leaphart (Dan) of Rock Hill, SC.
3 Grandchildren: Nikki Jensen, Christopher Chapman and Darlene Cranford
1 Great Grandchild: Jacob Jensen
