Mildred C. Giannelli, a life long Medford resident, died Tuesday at home. She was 90
Mrs. Giannelli was born in Boston, the daughter of the late John and the late Carmela (Zito) Carvotta.
A life long Medford resident, Mrs Giannelli was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother. She also worked at the Mystic Bakery in Medford Square. For the past 4 years,Mrs. Giannelli was a member of the Buddy Coholan Center in Medford.
She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Giannelli. She leaves her daughters, Carol Giannelli of Medford, Lucille Gumbleton and her husband Bob of Medford; Grandsons:Paul Gumbleton of Provincetown, Robert Gumbleton of Medford, and Scott Gumbleton of Medford. She was the sister of Rose Vinagro of Manchester, NH, Patsy Carvotta of Peabody, Joseph Carvotta of GA, John Carvotta of FL and the late Josephine Gianino. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit Friday from 4 thru 9 at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Francis Of Assisi Church, Medford, Saturday at 10 AM, with the Rev. Joseph F. Scorzello Jr, presiding.
Burial will follow at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
