Clara Elizabeth (Haley) Bumpus, 66, Clarksville, died Friday, Dec. 26, 2008, at Gateway Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 1pm Monday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Brother Roy Mullins and Brother Craig Caldwell officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 10am until the hour of service Monday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. She was born in Montgomery County, on Jan 12, 1942, daughter of Woodrow Haley and Izora Haley. She is preceded in death by her father. She was a housewife and a member of Cross & Crown Baptist Church. She is survived by her mother Izora Blackwell Haley of Clarksville, her husband Billy Joe Bumpus of Clarksville, one daughter Wendy Bumpus, three brothers Raymond Haley, Prentice and Dan Haley all of Clarksville, and one sister Molly Ernestine Frattarelli of Clarksville. Pallbearers will be David Frattarelli, John Frattarelli, George Frattarelli, Phillip Haley, Dwight Haley, David Wayne Fratterelli, Donald Barr and Ronald Barr. My mother was sent to me straight from the heart of The Lord. He hand picked just the person who would make up the other half of my heart.
