Worcester- Mary B. (Kukauskas) Hollup, 95, of 159 Ingleside Avenue, died Tuesday, May 6, in the Meadows of Leicester, after a short illness.
Her husband, Nicholas H. Hollup, died in 1960. She leaves two sons, Robert F. Hollup of Shrewsbury, and N. Timothy Hollup of Auburn; a daughter, Carole A. Polissack of Worcester; 4 grandschildren, including her caregiver, Robert P. Hollup of Worcester; her close friend and caregiver, Peggy Beyer of Auburn; 5 great grandchildren; brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces in Lithuania. She was born in Lithuania, and lived here many years.
Mrs. Hollup was a coat presser for many years, before retiring.
She was a member of St. Casimir Catholic Parish.
The funeral will be held Friday, May 9, from Dirsa-Morin Funeral Home, 298 Grafton Street (www.worcesterfuneral.com), with a Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Casimir Church, 41 Providence Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 8, in the funeral home.
