Anita Blanche Boule, age 87, died Saturday, Dec. 20, 2008 at D'Youville Senior Care in Lowell after a long illness.
She was born in Lowell, June 22, 1921, a daughter of the late Theophile and Roseanne (Maheu) Boule. She attended local schools.
Prior to her retirement, Anita was employed as an assembler at Merrimack Magnetics and was a member of the Lowell Senior Citizens where she enjoyed bingo and taking day trips. She was a member of the former St. Jean Baptiste and Ste. Jeanne d'Arc Parishes in Lowell.
She leaves three sisters, Gertrude Golden, Doris Boule and Rita Delisle, all of Lowell; three brothers, Walter Boule of FL, Gerard Boule of NJ, and Roland Boule of NY; also many nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Albert, Ernest and Raymond Boule, Alice Beaudry and Marie-Antoinette Boule.
At her request, there will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are respectfully invite to attend a prayer service on Wednesday afternoon, Dec. 24 at 1:30pm at St. Joseph Cemetery Chapel, E. Chelmsford. Interment to follow.
