Edith Rogers Machado, age 97, passed away in Fall River December 21, 2008. Daughter of the late Manuel Rogers Machado and the late Maria (Oliveira) Machado. She was a retired co-proprietor, secretary and bookkeeper of the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. and was a parishioner of St. Michael Church.
She is survived by several nieces and nephews and devoted caregivers. She was the sister of the late John Rogers Machado, Arthur Rogers Machado, Raymond Rogers Machado, Mary Rogers Machado and Dorothy Rogers Machado.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. 1521 N. Main St TUESDAY at 9:30A.M. with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Michael Church at 10:30 A.M.
