Lawrence, MA- Jeannette (Faucher) Martin Ringland, 87, died Sunday, December 14, 2008 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Jeannette was born in Lawrence to Henry and Marie (Beaudry) Faucher and lived there throughout her life.
Jeannette was educated in the Lawrence School System. She worked as a layout operator for Western Electric for 31 years until her retirement in 1983. A communicant of St. Patrick’s Church, she was an active member of the Pioneer Club of Western Electric, and she also enjoyed bowling for the Western Electric Bowling teams. She was a passionate knitter, and loved to travel. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The widow of Francis E. Martin, Jeannette Leaves behind her husband of 24 years, Joseph F. Ringland, her 2 children, Frances J. and her husband Werner Fehmel of Windham NH, and Richard E. Martin of Salem, NH. She also is survived by a sister Cicile Fisher of Concord, NH as well as 6 grandchildren and 11 great- grandchildren. Jeannette was pre-deceased by her daughter Kathleen Spirdione, her sister, Yvonne Gagne and her brothers Ozie and Armand Faucher.
ARRANGEMENTS: Family and Friends may call on Wednesday, December 17, 2008 from 4-8 PM at the Kenneth H. Pollard Funeral Home, 233 Lawrence St. Methuen. A mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, December 18th at 11 AM at St. Patrick’s Church in Lawrence with Burial to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
