Obituary

WORCESTER____Francis Louis Ducharme, 82, of 66 Providence St., died Monday December 8, 2008 in Life Care Center of Auburn.

He leaves two sisters, Rose R. Granger of Worcester and M. Estelle Bousquet of Tempe, AZ., two brothers, Henry Ducharme of West Brookfield and Adelard Ducharme of Worcester and nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by a brother, Charles R. Ducharme and a sister, M. Gabrielle Mason. He was born in Worcester, a son of Arthur and Laudina R. (DesRosier) Ducharme and lived here all his life.

Mr. Ducharme was a U.S. Navy veteran of World War II. He was a plasterer many years before he retired. He was a member of St. Joseph Church.

Mr. Ducharme’s Memorial Service will be held on Saturday December 13 at 11:00 a.m. in DIRSA-MORIN FUNERAL HOME, 298 Grafton Street. Burial will be private in Worcester County Memorial Park, Paxton. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Massachusetts Veteran’s Shelter, Inc 69 Grove Street, Worcester, MA, 01605 or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
