Mrs. Raffaela Doto, “Lou” 89 of Medford, died Tuesday in the Winchester Hospital. She is the beloved wife of the late Salvatore Doto. She was born in Boston, daughter of the late James and Mary (Russo) Pasquale. She was raised in Boston’s North End and is a graduate of St. Mary’s High School class of 1936,
Mrs. Doto was considered a great cook. She enjoyed trips to Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun. Mrs. Doto was a former member of the Medford Women’s Club, however most importantly to her, was the time she spent with her grandchildren.She leaves three sons, James Doto of Woburn, John Doto and his wife Nancy of Medford and Marty Doto and his wife Karen of Melrose, 2 daughters, Connie Doto of Salem NH. and Marie Finn and her husband Peter of Winthrop. Loving grandmother of 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. Dear sister of the late Jean Mancuso and Josie Pisari. Funeral from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., MEDFORD Saturday at 8 AM. followed by a funeral mass celebrated in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 9 AM. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Friday 4 thru 8. Services will conclude with burial at Holy Cross Cemetery, Malden.
