Michael J. Scully, 22 years of Middleboro died from injuries sustained in a car accident Sunday. He was born in Stoughton, the son of Sheila (Kight) Scully of South Easton and the late Wayne A. Scully. He was raised and educated in Brockton and attended Brockton High School where he was a member of the Brockton High School Track team. For the past three years Michel was a warehouse receiver for W. B. Mason
In his free time he enjoyed PS3 “Call of Duty” and paintballing with his brother Cody. Michael was a very dedicated father to his two year old son Anthony, who was his world. He was extremely devoted to his family and cherished the time spent with his fiancée, son, mother and siblings. He will be remembered of having a smile on his face and a laugh in his heart.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his fiancée Jessica M. Mohan, his son Anthony, his sisters and brother Jamie, Lynsey, Brittany and Cody Scully; his grandparents Ralph and Gail Duvall of Holiday, FL and Gordon and Beverly Scully of Bridgewater, Bill Kight and Kathy Evans of Halifax, his great grandparents, Will and Ruth Kight of St. Petersburg, FL.; a niece Kaylee Sena and a nephew Michael Hammond. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Funeral Service in The Conley Funeral Home, 138 Belmont Street (Rte123) Brockton Friday at 12noon. Burial in Blue Hill Cemetery, Braintree. Visiting hours Thursday 5-8pm. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in memory of Michael to Anthony Scully.
