SMITH, GARY, 50, of Louisville, passed away Saturday, December 6, 2008 at home.
He was born in Louisville, on July 11, 1958 and he was an employee of Caldwell Tank Co. for 20 years. He was a member of Evangel Christian Church.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Ressie Smith and brothers, Clinton and Jerry Smith.
He is survived by his loving wife, Angela Smith; children, Amanda, Brian, Heather and Tyler; granddaughter, Macy Jo; father, Hilbert Smith; brother, Halbert Smith; and sisters, Joyce Russell and Wav Jones.
The family appreciates the dedicated care provided by Dr. Don Stevens. Our hearts are deeply broken and he will be missed by all.
His funeral will be 2 p.m. Wednesday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with entombment in Louisville Memorial Gardens, West.
Visitation will be Tuesday, 10 a.m.-9 p.m. and Wednesday after 10 a.m. at the funeral home.
