Obituary

Norman A. Cimon, 72, of Bedford, died April 28, 2003, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home in Goffstown, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Manchester, November 21, 1930, he was the son of Albert and Albertine (Blondeau) Cimon. He lived in Manchester for many years and had been a resident of Bedford since 1981.

He served in the Navy during the Korean War.

He retired in 1987 after working 34 years for Public Service Co. of New Hampshire.

He was a communicant of St. Elizabeth Seton Church in Bedford.

Family members include his wife of 52 years, Florence (Beaudette) Cimon of Bedford; 3 sons, Michael P. Cimon of Exeter, NH, Paul D. Cimon of Yorktown, VA, and Peter Cimon of Virginia; 8 grandchildren, Kara, Eric, Alex, Hannah, Chris, Corey, Katie, and Patrick; one great grandson, Seth; a step grandson; a brother, Donald Cimon of Needham, MA; nieces, nephews & cousins.

A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Tuesday May 6, 2003 in St. Elizabeth Seton Church, Meetinghouse Rd., Bedford.

After cremation urn burial was in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
