CARLIS, Thomas H. age 14 of Emerson, NJ died Friday November 28, 2008. Beloved son of Andrew Carlis and his partner Eduvigis Loayza and Rebecca (Carlis) Harris and her partner Christopher Salimone. Loving grandson of Tom Carlis and the late Kay (2005), and the late Frank (1989) and Karin (2003) Harris. Also survived by his aunts Karin Argenzia, Anastaica Eracleous and uncle Emanuel Carlis. Cousins surviving are Daniel Argenzia, Patrick and Nicole Argenzia and their son Jake. Devoted step sisters: Oriana and Barbara. Thomas was a freshman at Emerson Jr./Sr. High School, NJ. His cherished dogs Rufus & Diesel, cat Izzie, bird Appolo will clearly sense his absence. He will be missed by all the lives he touched! Funeral arrangements by Volk Leber Funeral Home – 268 Kinderkamack Road Oradell, NJ. A funeral service on Saturday from the funeral home at 8:30AM then to Church of the Assumption RCC – Emerson, NJ for a Mass of Christian burial 9:30AM. Interment to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery – North Arlington, NJ. Visitations will be this Thursday 2-4 & 7-9PM and on Friday 3-6PM.
