Funeral from the J. Frank Conley Funeral Home 138 Belmont Street (Rte 123) Brockton Thursday at 10:00 am Funeral Mass in St. Margaret Church.at 11:00am Burial at a later date. Mrs. Haskins - Delizarza died Monday unexpectedly at her home in Onset. She was born in Brockton daughter of the late Charles F. and Margaret A. (Tupper) Harkins. She was a graduate of Brockton High School and the Chandler School for Women, Boston. She had worked for Joe King Insurance before joining the US Foreign Service. She served as a secretary for the Foreign Services in Madrid, Spain, Sweden and Russia. She enjoyed the beaches of Onset with her nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
She is survived by one brother Donald J. Harkins of Brockton, 26 nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews. She was the sister of the late Charles F. Harkins Jr., Gerald J. Harkins Sr. and Dennis S. Harkins
