DE WITT, HARRY S. JR., 82, of Louisville, passed away on Monday, November 24, 2008.
He was retired from civil service where he worked at Ft. Knox. He was a Mason, Past Patron of the Valley Eastern Star, a member of New Salem Baptist Church, and an Army veteran of World War II.
He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Bettie Jean Culver DeWitt; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Owen Funeral Home, 5317 Dixie Hwy., with burial in Bethany Cemetery.
Visitation will be from noon-8 p.m. Wednesday. Memorial gifts may be made to the American Diabetes Assoc.
