.WORCESTER - Theresa P. Lohbauer, 105, of 340 May St., died Saturday,April 26, at Tatnuck Park.

She leaves six nieces, Cathleen (Fallon) Crowley of Worcester, MaryMorgan of St. Charles Ill., Sylvia Brickson Soldo of Daytona Beach, Fla., Barbara Jean Frost and Frances Hein, both of Oregon, and, Joan SigbornBirmingham of Tucson, Ariz.; and seven nephews, William Fallon ofNorthborough, John Fallon and Peter Fallon, both of Vero Beach, Fla., TomSigborn of Avon, Ind., Edward Breitenbach of Naples, Fla., GordonBrickson of San Diego, Calif., Herbert Brickson of River Ridge, La.; and40 grand nieces and nephews and 54 great-grand nieces and nephews, andone great-great-grand niece.

She was predeceased by one brother, Martin Lohbauer of Madison, Wisc.,five sisters, Frances Fallon of Shrewsbury, Marie Kiefer of Chicago, AnnBrickson of Miami, Fla., Barbara Sigborn of Tigard, Ore., and MagdalenaLohbauer of Madison, Wisc.; a niece, Francella Fallon Dormitzer of WestBoylston, Mass.; two nephews Michael Fallon of Fayetteville, N.Y., andJohn Martin Breitenbach of Illinois; and a great-grand nephew, BrianWeiland of Mason City, Iowa.

Miss Lohbauer was born in the German village of Goldach, Hallbergmoos, onDec. 18, 1897, the daughter of Martin and Marie (Pregler) Lohbauer, andemigrated in 1904 to Madison, Wisc., where she spent most of her life.She worked as a telephone operator for the Wisconsin Telephone Companyand as a bookkeeper at the Wisconsin Power and Light Company for 40 yearsuntil her retirement in 1959, and then for Madison's Walgreens Drug Storeuntil 1963. In 1994, she moved to St. Charles, Ill., and she recentlymoved to Worcester, where she has many family members.

Miss Lohbauer was an active member of her church, St. Raphael's Cathedralin Madison, Wisc., and volunteered 10,000 hours of service to St. Mary'sHospital Auxiliary in Madison, Wisc. She won a Wisconsin State BowlingChampionship when she was in her 60s.Miss Lohbauer enjoyed reading, traveling, light gardening, bowling, andplaying board games. She was fierce card player and giggled when she won,which was often.

A funeral will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday, April 29, at St. George Church, 40 Brattle St., Worcester. No calling hours will be held.
