Mystic, CT - Angela Natalie (Cunha) Potter of Mystic, CT passed away suddenly on Wednesday, November 19, 2008. She was born in New Bedford, MA on November 21, 1961, a daughter of Stephanie (Galazka) Cunha of New London, CT and the late Raymond Cunha.
Angela married Kenneth A. Potter on November 30, 1990 in New Bedford. A graduate of Southeastern Massachusetts University in Dartmouth, MA, she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management in 1983. She was employed by the United States Navy as a Contracting Officer from 1985 until 2004. Mrs. Potter was a Communicant of St. Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church in Groton, CT.
Including her husband and mother, survivors include 2 beautiful daughters: Stephanie Olivia and Kathryn Ann both of Mystic; a brother: Raymond Cunha of Fall River, MA; a niece: Jennifer Turner; and 2 nephews: Raymond Cunha and Daniel Cunha.
Mass of Christian Burial to which relatives and friends are invited will be Monday, November 24, 2008 at the St. Mary Mother of the Redeemer Church, Groton Long Pond Rd., Groton, CT at 11:00 A.M.
Visitation will be Monday from 9 - 10:30 A.M. at Mystic Funeral Home, 51 Williams Ave., Mystic, CT prior to the Mass.
Funeral services to which relatives and friends are invited will be Tuesday, November 25, 2008 at the Kirby Funeral Home, 61 Tarkiln Hill Rd., New Bedford, MA at 10:30 A.M. with interment to follow in Acushnet Cemetery, Acushnet, MA.
