Lillian Elizabeth Patrick Clements of Tifton died Friday, November 14, 2008, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 16, 2008, at Oak Grove Baptist Church,. Rev. Ken Harris will officiate with burial to follow in Oak Ridge Cemetery. Ryan Clements, Will Chilvers, Joshua Clements, Jason Clements, Matthew Smith, and Robert Clements will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 15, 2008, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mrs. Clements was born on August 27, 1927 in Tift County and was the daughter of James Devotie Patrick and Ethel Pearl Gay Patrick, both deceased. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 63 years, Elmer Lee Clements, who died on September 12,. 2008; one brother; and two sisters. She was a homemaker and a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church.
Mrs. Clements is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Linda Clements of Tifton, and Mike and Jo Clements of Tifton; five grandchildren and their spouses, Ryan and Sarah Clements, Amanda and Will Chilvers, Joshua and Beverly Clements, Jason Clements and his fiance Madeleine, and Jasmine Clements and her fiance Matthew Smith; one great granddaughter, Alexa Clements; and several nieces and nephews.
