MARK E. MONROE, age 53, of Boston, formerly of Weymouth, died on Wednesday, Nov. 12th, 2008 at the VA Medical Center in Brockton after a long illness. Mr. Monroe was a U.S. Navy Vietnam veteran. He was the father of Rebekah Monroe of Bellingham. Son of Carol A. O'Neal and her husband Charles of Weymouth and the late Reginald Monroe. Brother of Betty Ann Monroe of Mansfield and Sherwood Monroe of Palm Bay, FL. Also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins. The funeral services and Interment are to be private.
