Ronnie Lamar White, 56, of Ty Ty died Wednesday, November 12, 2008, at Tift Regional Medical Center. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2008, in the Chapel of Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals. Dr. Danny Ray will officiate with burial to follow in Lenox Cemetery. Anthony White, Tommy White, James Franklin, Joe Perry, Craig Baker, Donnie Harnage, Bryan Franklin and Steven Franklin will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 14, 2008, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bowen-Donaldson Home for Funerals.
Mr. White was born on October 9, 1952 in Cook County and was the son of Lamar White of Sparks and the late Ellie Williams White. He was the owner of Ronnie White Drywall and loved fishing.
In addition to his father, Mr. White is survived by his wife, Cheryl Perry White of Ty Ty; one son and daughter-in-law, Richard and Marci White of Berrien County; three brothers and sisters-in-law, Benny and Willie Mae White of Omega, Ernest and Connie White of Ty Ty, and Tony and Loretta White of Omega; and one sister and brother-in-law, Nancy and Donnie Ford of Carrollton.
