Louise C. Myrick, age 83, of Water Valley, MS passed away Thursday, November 13, 2008 at her residence. She was born on May 21, 1925 to the late W. S. and Maggie Crouch in Augusta, Georgia. Mrs. Myrick helped build airplanes during WWII in Jacksonville, Florida. She retired from Big Yank and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Water Valley, Mississippi.
The visitation will be held Sunday, November 16, 2008, from 4:30 to 7 at Seven Oaks Funeral Home in Water Valley, Mississippi. The funeral service will take place on Monday, November 17, 2008, at 11:00 AM in Henry Chapel of Seven Oaks Funeral Home with Dr. Randy Bain presiding. The committal will be held in Oak Hill Cemetery in Water Valley, Mississippi
Mrs. Myrick is survived by her daughter, Vickie Navarro of Texas; three sons, Roy Beck of Douglasville, Georgia, A.J. “Andy” Myrick, Jr. MD of Birmingham, AL, and Andrew Jefferies Myrick of Texas; a sister, Evelyn Burrum of Augusta, GA, and numerous grand and great grandchildren and nieces.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, A. J. “Jack” Myrick, Sr.
