Donna D. Marceau, 71, of Derry, NH died Saturday November 8, 2008 at her home. Mrs. Marceau was born in Bangor, ME on March 29, 1937, a daughter of the late Preston and Mary (Nelson) Day. She was raised in Bangor and lived for many years in Attleboro, MA before moving to Derry 20 years ago. She owned and operated a stained glass shop in Derry for several years. She enjoyed crafts and reading and especially liked to spend time at the Taylor Library in E. Derry.
She is survived by her three daughters, Kelly MacNeil, Kimberly Marceau and Julie Marceau; two sons, Michael Marceau, and Patrick Marceau; 10 grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren, her brother, Arthur Day, her sister, Darlene Day, also nieces and nephews and her cousin, Gary Robbins and his wife Glenna. She was predeceased by her husband, Leo A. Marceau on August 9, 2008.
Following cremation, a calling hour was held on Saturday November 15, 2008 from 1- 2:00pm in the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 15 Birch St., Derry with a memorial service that followed at 2:00pm in the funeral home.
