Obituary

Webster - Mark Robert MacLean, 41, of Webster, formerly of Worcester, passed away at home on November 7th, after a long courageous battle against cancer. Mark leaves his wife, Kimberly Rockwood, a son, Kyle Robert MacLean, and a daughter, Samantha Jayne MacLean, all of Webster. He leaves his mother, Grace MacLean and a brother, Scott MacLean, both of Worcester, and a sister Lynn Kurunerie of Brooklyn, Connecticut, and a nephew, Gil Kurunerie of New York.

Mark was an avid fisherman and was convinced right until the very end that Webster Lake owed him a "big one". He was an incredible athlete and received many awards including "Golden Glove", "Most Valuable Player", and "Home Run Hitter of the Year" during his many years playing softball. Mark will forever be remembered for his incredible sense of humor and his M.C. Hammer pants. He will be sadly missed by his family and friends.

A Family reception will be held at the home of his wife and children on November 15th from 2PM until 6PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Cancer Society 30 Speen Street Framingham, MA 01701.
