Obituary

Worcester - Pierre "Pete" J. Boutillette, 87, formerly of Auburn died on Thursday April 17 in Radius Healthcare Center at Worcester after an illness.

His wife of 59 years Irene C. (Fassett) Boutillette died in 1998. He leaves a son Norman J. Boutillette of Windham, NH; three daughters Jeannette E. Garceau of Westport, MA, Pauline A. Hammer of Auburn and Claire M. Gustafson of Charlton; one brother Edmond Boutillette of Auburn; two sisters Rose Alma Belles of Auburn and Antoinette Girard of Shrewsbury; 10 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces. He is predeceased by two sisters Eva Boutillette and Florida Paulhus. Mr. Boutillette was born in Worcester son of Luger B. and Josephine (Paradis) Boutillette.

Mr. Boutillette was one of the founders of Consolidated Fabricators where he was a part owner and president for 15 years before retiring in 1985. He previously worked at Arduini Manufacturing Corporation.

He was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Church and it's League of Sacred Heart. He was also a member of the Holy Name High School Athletic Association. Mr. Boutillette belonged to the Greendale Men's Club of which he was active in their bowling and golf leagues.

The funeral will be held on Monday April 21 from the Alfred Roy & Sons Funeral Home (www.Royfuneral.com) 12 Hammond Street with a mass at 10 AM in Holy Name of Jesus Church 53 Illinois Street. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Saturday April 19 from 3 to 6 PM in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the Holy Name of Jesus Parish Fund 51 Illinois St. Worcester, MA 01610 or to the Alzheimer's Association.
