Mary L. (Flaherty) Cerbo, 83 of Walpole died October 30 in the Harrington House in Walpole. She was the wife of Anthony A. “Tony” Cerbo.
Born in Norwood, May 17, 1925, the daughter of the late Martin and Sarah (O’Toole) Flaherty, Mrs. Cerbo had lived in Walpole or the past 60 years.
A homemaker, Mrs. Cerbo loved to play bingo, listen to Irish music, her Church and spending time at her home on Cape Cod.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her sons, James E. Cerbo and Christopher J. Cerbo, both of Walpole.
She was the sister of the late Francis and Joseph Flaherty and Julia Gordon.
She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
Her funeral will be held on Monday, November 3 from the Ginley Funeral Home, 892 Main St. in Walpole at 9:15 followed by a funeral Mass in Blessed Sacrament Church at 10:00 a.m.
Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery in South Walpole.
Visiting hours will be on Sunday from 4-8 p.m.
