WORCESTER-Henry L. Clark, 63, of Worcester, died Thursday, October 30th in UMass Memorial Healthcare Center. He leaves Ellen Sandiman, Charles Ardey and Gladys Kaizer, all with whom he lived; his longtime friends, Laurie Sault, Patricia Mafra and Godfrey Kollie; his advocates and friends, Larry Spiegel, Helen Duda and Jonathan Kinley; and his siblings, Thomas Earle, Elizabeth Ann, Carolyn and Glorius. His sister, Betty Jean Clark predeceased him.
He was born in Chapel Hill, NC, the son of Lewis and Ella M. (Campbell) Clark, moved to Springfield in 1945, and as an adult came to Worcester. Mr. Clark loved music and playing the guitar and the djembe drum.
A calling hour will be held on Monday, November 3rd from Noon until 1:00 PM in O’CONNOR BROTHERS FUNERAL HOME, 592 Park Avenue with a service to follow at 1:00 PM. Burial will be in Notre Dame Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Polus Center for Social and Economic Development, 255 Park Avenue, Suite 4, Worcester, MA 01609.
