LaCour, Raymond F. age 92 of Oradell died Thursday, October 30, 2008. Beloved husband of Linda (nee) Michel. Devoted father of Linda Kakos and her husband Dr. Reverend Peter Kakos, Raymond LaCour and his wife Anita, Paul LaCour and his wife Debra, and Peter LaCour and his wife Lori. Loving grandfather of Vanessa, Peter and Aaron Kakos, Nick and Brett LaCour, Michelle LaCour, and Melissa and Samantha LaCour. Dear great-grandfather of Eli. Raymond served his country during WWII in the US Army Air Corps as a Tech Sergent ATC Radio Gunner. He was the Past Post Commander of the Bronx and Oradell VFW. He was also past president of the Lions Club, The Oradell Zoning Board, and the Republican Club. Raymond was also Honorary Lord Mayor of Dublin. Funeral service Monday, 10AM from the Volk Leber Funeral Home, 268 Kinderkamack Rd., Oradell then to the Our Savior Lutheran Church, Paramus for a 11AM funeral service. Interment to follow at George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus. Family and friends are invited to visit Sunday 2-4 & 7-9PM.
