Beloved husband of Rukhsana (Saeed) Wagner of Quincy, Loving father of Yasmin Nicole Wagner of Quincy, Son of the late Ross A. and Verna L Wagner, brother of Beverly J. Mendenhall of Placentia, CA., and Ross D. Wagner of Junction City, OR, Also survived by 15 nieces and nephews and 1 great niece.
Mr. Wagner was Born and raised in Eugene Oregon before moving to Quincy. He was a Graduate of University of Oregon class of 1975. He achieved a degree in Landscape Architecture in 1977. Dale practiced as a registered Architect in Oregon, Massachusetts and Connecticut. He believed deeply in integrated site design.
A memorial service will be celebrated at a later date.
