Cisaltina “Sally” (Raposa) D’Adamo, age 89 of Somerset. Widow of Armando Charles D’Adamo & daughter of the late Manuel and Maria (Furtado) Rapoza. Passed away October 23, 2008. Born in Fall River, she was a Somerset resident for over 50 years. She was a member of the Union United Methodist Church, the ladies’ auxiliary of AmVets in Somerset and was a retired sewing Machine operator.
She is survived by her daughter: Judith D’Adamo of Somerset and Eileen La Fleur whom she loved like a daughter; 1 brother: George “Red” Raposa of Somerset and several nieces & nephews. She was sister of the late Manuel, Adelino, Celestino “Sal”, William, James Rapoza and Mary Costa.
Her funeral will take place from the Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home, 1521 N. Main St. Monday at 9A.M. followed by a funeral service in Union United Methodist Church at 10 A.M.
