Manchester– Donat P. “Don” Marcoux, 46, died October 19, 2008 at Catholic Medical Center following a long illness.
He was born in Manchester on March 31, 1962, the son of Leo D. and Helen F. (Potoczny) Marcoux.
He was a graduate of Manchester Central High School. Don was a sergeant in the U. S. Army and served overseas from October 1981 to Oct 1984. He held membership in the American Legion Post 0200, Concord. He was a loving uncle, devoted Red Sox fan and NASCAR fan.

Banks, of Sterling CT., Jeannette Snay, of Nashua, Jackie Marcoux, of Manchester, 4 nephews, Daemeon Banks of Connecticut, Ryan Marcoux, Corey Mardones, Chaz Mardones, 1 niece Caitlyn Mardones, all of Manchester, his fiancee Janet (Basinow) Marcoux, of Manchester, 4 uncles, Jean E. Marcoux and Eugene Marcoux, of FL, Robert Marcoux, of Manchester, Paul Marcoux, of CA., 6 aunts, Mary Ann Hebert, of Auburn, Emilia Belouin , of Manchester, Doris Nault, of Weare, Lucille Levesque, Mary Abood, both of Manchester, Hedwidge Raymond, of MA.
Services: Calling hours will be Thursday from 6 to 8 pm at J. N. Boufford & Sons Funeral Home 110 Bridge St.
Burial will full military honors will be on Friday at 2:30 pm in Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen.
