Nancy N. Wade, 79, Clarksville, died Sunday, October 19, 2008, at her sons residence in St. Albans, WV. The funeral will be held at 11 am Thursday at Neal-Tarpley Chapel with Rev. Dr. Karen Barrineau officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday and from 10 am until the hour of the service Thursday at the funeral home. Neal-Tarpley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Nancy was born January 14, 1929 in Clarksville, TN, daughter of the late Charlie and Lela Jarrett Shearon. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles R. Wade; sister, Lucille Powers and brother, Bryant Shearon. She was a homemaker and a member of the St. Bethlehem United Methodist Church, Clarksville. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law; Charles J. and Georganna J. Wade of St. Albans; sisters, Ruby Bumpus and Dorothy Murphy both of Clarksville and Jean Rogers of Pensacola, Fla. Also surviving are six grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
