Graham Samuel Theodore Roberson of Medford, formerly of Spencer, Massachusetts and Jersey City, New Jersey, died unexpectedly at his home on Thursday, October 16, 2008. He was 13 years old.
Graham was born in Plano, Texas, on August 16, 1995, the beloved son of Jerry E. and Catherine (Seger) Roberson. He loved to play football with his friends and siblings and also enjoyed riding his bike and skateboard. Graham had a special talent of being able to fix just about anything, always bringing home different types of electronics and repairing them for his own use. He would also shovel snow and help the elderly with chores that they could do on their own. Recently, Graham was honored by the Boston Sunday Globe for his art and drawing talents. He even had some of his drawings published in the Globe. In his spare time, he loved to play his guitar and piano and also listening to music. Above all, he was loved by everyone and touched all whom crossed his path in a very special way.
Besides his beloved parents, Jerry and Catherine, he will be very sorely missed by his six siblings; Jared W. Roberson of New Oxford, Pennsylvania, Richard J. Roberson of Medford, Sarah N. Roberson of Jersey City, New Jersey, Karl P. Roberson of Medford, Brittney C. Roberson of Medford and Krista M. Roberson of Medford, Great-grandmother; Lucy A. Owens of Cumberland, Maryland, grandmothers; Shirley A. Roberson of Cumberland, Maryland and Catherine Balice of Cleveland, Ohio, godparents; Lewis B. and Donna L. Easton of Cumberland, Maryland and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A memorial mass was celebrated in St. Joseph Church 118 High Street, Medford, Saturday, October 25, 2008, at 11 AM. Many relatives and friends respectfully attended.
